Cradle-(Should be obvious) but holder, origin, safe haven, etc. Ne'Grath- Is a word directly from Chilition, straight translation to English is Ends Not/Never Ending

The Cradle

The Cradle is an immense structure(from one arm to another is equivalent in distance to 10 Earths side by side) built for the storage and preservation of history, technology, weapons, and DNA samples(several hundred from each species) from the most powerful, technologically advanced nation throughout the multiverse. This storage facility was built to store and defend all that it holds against anything that might be hostile to it, other nations, time, etc.

The defense systems on the Cradle include SlipSpace MAC DP Guns, Ion Cannons, PIACs, and other weapons. In addition to these weapons, the Cradle has millions of Benevolent SlipSpace drives, to near instantly transport the structure to one of several thousand safe/stable locations if danger is imminent. And the Cradle also has several thousand shield generators.

A rather unique ability that the Cradle possesses is that it can move a planet, or other similar orbital body, into its center(as seen in the picture) and quickly break down the terrestrial thing to be used to help with repairs, create more automated personnel, or to manufacture several millions of different machines. And can learn to make many more, if the Monitors can learn of new designs.

Donating Nations, and their Contributions

The Following Nations have donated all that was asked of them(Meaning a Full History, Ships/Technology, Weapons, and copies of DNA from all animals in their domain-Rebelion, Vvrkresh, Cyrodia, Alterra, Nova Sparta, New Free Planets Alliance, Demaga, and Orwyn

The following contributed with providing some(meaning Full History, some technology and/or copies DNA from the animal(s) in their DNA)- Anubis, Kutath.

Scribe and Monitors

Picture
The Scribe(the big light bulb appearing object) is the main storage robot located on the Cradle. They hold vast amounts of information, upwards of Zettabytes(Which is more than Exabytes, which is more than Petabytes, which is more than Terabytes). While each Scribe specializes in storing and understanding a specific type of information(like a certain nations history/culture), however they do house all other information, and have a basic understanding of other types of information. While each Scribe's main purpose is a vast database, they also function as "Gate Guardians" and will allow access to certain areas, or ban access(with lethal consequences) if necessary. One thing that separates Scribes from the other automated personnel(besides memory) is that they do not have a means of locomotion, meaning that they are bound to their location, but can move within the confines of its physical body. They are the primary "leaders" of the Cradle, and they hand out orders(if necessary) to the other automated personnel. Their only weapon is a single heavy duty laser cannon, that they can adjust to kill a fly, or to annihilate a large tank. They have their own personal shield generators, and their armor is extremely durable. There are just over a million of these robots spread throughout the Cradle. The Scribes are very large, akin to a 4 story tall worm, with a Monitor(see next paragraph) on the end. Scribes(and Monitors) are excessively proficient in any and all language so far encountered in the multiverse, and can easily learn, understand, and use any new languages they come across. However they cannot lose their "robotic accent." An interesting ability of all of the robots on the Cradle, is that they all have an innate ability to control things with their "minds."

The Monitors are basically smaller, more portable versions of Scribes, and are, generally, the size of a completely rounded WereWolfen Nano-MJOLNIR helmet. They have memory banks reaching into the petabytes, and their weapon and defense systems are almost identical to the Scribe's, albeit proportionately smaller. The Monitor's mode of transportation is that of floating/flying, and teleportation(through means of small SlipSpace Drives, which are advanced enough for the Monitor to transport small numbers of personnel with themselves). They are also likely the first to meet any species(sentient or other) that is not from the Cradle, and greet and evaluate them. If they are off sentience, they will learn their language(within seconds, or minutes). They will act according to the new species intent, if they are hostile the Monitors will attack the newcomer, and request aid(if necessary) if they are calm, and inquisitive they will follow protocols. There are several dozen million of these robots.

Overwatch

Picture
The Overwatch is the muscle, and handyman of the Cradle. They are used to make sure everything is running smoothly, and not being attacked or damaged. They stand about 10 feet tall, and have the same weapons as the Scribes, with retaining the same power, but the beam is smaller. They have extremely thick armor, powerful shields, and have the same mode of transportation as the Monitors. And like the Monitors and Scribes, they too have "telekinesis", or the ability to control things with their "minds."

They will communicate with outsiders, and speak with them, and will learn their language(through communication with the Monitors, or Scribes) but their main goal is for protection, and repair, and they will not deviate too much from their main purpose. Their numbers run into the billions, and depending on the situation, can quickly produce millions more at a time.

General Purpose Droid

Picture
As its name suggests, it is a Jack-of-all-trades. However it cannot do things as efficiently as others designed specifically for any given job. But the main purpose of the GPD is to transport small objects, or to retrieve items, with its small, yet strong, and flexible tools. Its shields are not as strong as the others, but still perform their function, and their weapons are likewise limited, but useful.

The one thing they do excel at, is recon. They are the fastest robots on the Cradle, and their transportation can rival that of a Monitor.

Welcome to the great and wonderful Nation of Rebelion
