Heavy Attack Fighter

The HAF is both an atmospheric, and extrospheric fighter. In atmosphere it can reach speeds up to Mach 2.5. And obviously approach faster velocities in space. The HAF is mainly used as a fighter/support unit, but can double as a light bomber. It is piloted by 1 or 2 pilots.

-One of the two main weapons systems for the HAF is its anti armor/infantry/aircraft 'mini guns.' The HAF sports four 8 barreled 7 mm guns, two on each side of the cockpit. The rounds used for the HAF are HE AP(high explosive armor Piercing)

-The 2nd weapons system is the variety of missiles it uses. They can range from high explosive yield missiles/bombs, to fighter to fighter bombs, anti armor missiles, and many other types of explosive(or other type of weapon)

The HAF has 6 inch armor, similar to that of the MPAT, all throughout the ship(Cockpit and all)

Stealth Rapid Attack Fighter "Ethereal"(StRAFE)

As its name suggests, this vehicle is used to quickly, and quietly annihilate the opposition. Like its HAF cousin, the StRAFE can travel both in space, and in-atmosphere. Being mainly a stealth fighter, it can reach atmospheric speeds far greater the HAF, and has been recorded to hit speeds of Mach 3.5.

-The StRAFE's main weapon system is the laser cannon atop its back. This dual system weapon consists of a heavy ballistic weapon that is in the very center of the weapon, and a heavy laser cannon, that radiates outward from the cannon. This weapon system is easily capable of taking down several different types of enemies, with little trouble.

-The StRAFE's secondary weapon system consists of much of the same types of missiles used by the HAF.

Given the nature of the craft, the StRAFE has less armor than the HAF. Its armor however, is very similar to that of a HAF, only differing in shape, and the StRAFE only has 4 inches of armor, instead of 6.

Note: All Rebelion aircraft are VTOL(Vertical Take-Off and Landing) meaning they do not need a runway to take off or land onto, merely space begin enough to fit the craft itself. As well as this, they also have tiny SlipSpace Generators so they can jump onto or out-of the battlefield. However they are only powerful enough for two jumps(1 in, 1 out)

For Rebelion Aircraft, it is universally understood that 3-7 aircraft in formation are called a squadron. 8-12 are a wing. 2-5 culmination of either squadrons and/or wings are called flocks. Any culmination afterwords, up to 10 flocks, are called a fleet.
